My Story


Exercise and fitness have always been a huge part of my life, having played high level sport for many years. Whilst running wellbeing clinics in GP surgeries I supported and encouraged a large number of patients to make lifestyle changes to improve their health and emotional wellbeing.


I am passionate about the powerful effects of exercise and healthy eating on both physical and mental health. I run a variety of fun functional fitness classes and weight management sessions for those in their 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and beyond. Now training online, in the park or in your home. 

It is a challenging time right now, so if you are feeling anxious about the future, or even the present, you need a boost and want to feel better about yourself please give me a call. Together we can create a simple individual wellbeing programme to suit your needs, help you cope with these challenges, and adopt a more positive and optimistic outlook.
